For the FIRST NAME put your real name same as the LAST NAME. For the PHONE, put first your area or country code. For the EMAIL ADDRESS, put a valid email address. Choose the USERNAME that you wanted and input your PASSWORD. Now click the GET ACTIVATION CODE button. After that a mini pop up box will appear saying that "Your activation code has been sent to your email address (youremail@domain.com)".
